ran and it was nasty out. I waited until 10 to let the heat drop. When I finished the run it was 75 out with 85% humidity (right at my 160 cut off) and I could feel it. It wasn't hot standing there but once you started moving, it was intense. Did 4.5 miles @ 7:45

So, Because I'm impulsive and easily influences I registered for the Wineglass marathon in Corning, NY on Oct 2.  My sister is running the 1/2 as part of her NYCM training so I'd figure I'd tag along.  Should be an interesting time.  My third marathon and second road marathon.  No idea what I'll run.  I'm gonna set a tentative goals of 3:05 becasue BQs are so hot right now (so says Mugatu) and I figure I could hit it without killing myself (famous last words).

14 weeks to go, we'll see what happens!  What ever goes down will be spectacular in some form
